My largest Agave at 6' x 10'. I cleaned more than 100 pups out of there about a year ago.

Another pic. This US population is about 1/3 the size of their mexican relatives commonly found in landscapes.

Possibly Asperrima given their smaller size? They are native as well to South Texas and there are forms similar to what’s in the picture. Can’t tell 100% looking at the photos through my phone.
