Highly interesting qualities to work with, even if similar. I don't see how you won't come up with something quite interesting. Any seed pods yet?

Blooms are nearly finished on both. I see only one pod on Vito out of nearly 100 blooms. I'm wondering if these two are closely related?

Given PH is a DW hyb. - I expect it's got a lot more A. descoingsii in it. It's also more miniature, which figures in with the descoingsii too. They might share some ancestry, but I don't think it's too close.

Found another pod on Vito today. It was hiding under a dried flower. I'll have to check again more carefully as I'm blind as a bat!

Then use your echolocation. ::wink::

Now, just need good seeds from those pods. Then, some germination. :))

4 seed pods on PH! 3 on Vito. I pulled off the dried flower remains as I noticed that the pods growing towards the sun. I'm hoping more direct sunlight enhancing the ripening of the seeds. D))

Not sure if that will help. There's an old saying which I'll paraphrase - "there will be no wine, until it's time..." ::wink:: Or, "haste makes waste". :lol: (joking) I like to keep mine out of direct sun, and when they're ready, they're ready. :))

Most of all, I want to wish you germination success, and happy growing!

Both parents featuring great texture, looks like you hit the jackpot with the seedlings. I especially like the one partially visible on the far lower left, but surely they will all develop more visible features and characteristics as they get older. Nice job!
