Ugandan stemless suckering spotted smallish aloe (about 8"-12" in diameter) of pale olive green to blue-green leaves in flattened rosettes and prominent teeth. Flowers on unbranched thin peduncles about 1 foot tall and racemes very narrowly cylindrical consisting of deeply scarlet flowers with green tips, flattened upright along the rachis. Flowers are in mid autumn and are one of the things that let me know 'aloe season' is coming soon.
