Aloe acutissima var antanimorensis

This is a much less showy, shorter version of this species. The plant is a pale green and can show some nice reddish or brownish colors in times of stress (cold, arid weather). Flowers are similar to the type variety, but smaller and less branched. It is a suckering species as well and eventually forms 'matts' of plant material about 1' tall. Also from Madagascar.
