Here are a few shots of both Geohintonia mexicana and Aztekium hintonii growing in the gypsum ravines in Nuevo Leon. These two are found together and can be visited with permission from the village that owns the lands.

wow- Very beautiful. The photo of them on almost a vertical rock is so Japanese Garden Zen like. I like too the dwarf Cheilanthes fern,and what the heck are those fascinating circular green plants? They look so much like Mushroom corals you see in marine aquariums.
