Cereus ,but what monstrose?

Geoff's photo of C.validus looks like it. I notice that unlike most monstrose Cereus I've seen,this one has bright blue color. Almost Pilocereus like. So,before I post in the gallery..whats the consensus?

Sorry, unless it came with a name, I think you are SOL on getting a name for that. There are too many varieties of these monstrose Cereus plants out there add in the effects of culture and climate and it becomes pretty much impossible to get a positive ID based on appearance. To me it would go in an entry you/we should create along the lines of 'Cereus sp. monstrose'.
