She's a beauty, Tom. I'll have to wait to see if I was told correctly about my baby.

Plant #1 could very well be 'Cream Spike', as GeeS says some offsets will come out with different variegation.
I would agree with MITS on Plant #2 as A. ghieisbreghtii.
