Aka Old Man Cactus... slow cactus in cultivation (at least here in California) but with time gets over 20 feet tall and forms a cool, one-sided cephalum which is it's flowering structure. Only seen a few of these old enough to form one of those (generally seems to need to be at least 15' tall, or 30 years old for this to happen).

This is a nice one. Another about 15-20' tall in Hayward is for another day. Also- the lean is from me leaning out the car window with my arm.
