I didn't come close to capturing this army of Wine Palms. Traffic forbid standing in the middle of the street that might have given a wider view. I tried...but I can tell you its wine palms as far as the eye can see in each direction. It has to be hundreds of them. I guess to really impress all I can say is "Imagine hundreds of them lining miles of a large boulevard".

WOW!

Stan, where are these?

And how far apart are the palms (How many feet apart from each other center-to-center)? They appear very close together, although that could be a foreshortening illusion from the camera lens.

Thanks for posting the photographs! :U

Mission BLVD. Union City Ca,Near and across from the Masonic Home. Yeah, they are roughly 10-15 feet apart for what seems like at least a mile. The blocks are long..but the row picks up and keeps going for many. It might be too newly planted for Google..I haven't checked that.
I wonder too why not longer- like 2 miles or so rather then so close. But maybe its just what they like and wanted? Its going to be something to watch for years...
