that is a very famous group of palms... wish I could have gone on that IPS trip and seen them myself. But there are other large stands of this species.

This last shows a Roystonea oleracea next to a Roystonea regia (its replacement when one dies) showing how much less ornamental the other Roystonea species are (most of the rest look like R regia).
