this is another of the Queensland, Australia weeping Livistonas. But one of the larger species (up to 90' tall) with a bigger crown than average (making it look a bit sparser since longer leaves leave more space for just petiole). As young palms, these can be particularly ornamental often (but not always) having deep rust-red foliage (not just the new leaves but all the leaves) which fades about as they become tanking juveniles and and is gone by the time they have a full trunk. Then they start looking like typical Livistonas and can be harder to tell apart. Livistona rigida has been off and on in the same genus... currently it is in its own now, but I cannot tell them apart. This is a moderately cold hardy Livistona down to about 26F and moderately fast as well.
