MAXBURRETIA

#1

Post by Geoff »

this is a genus of three small, palmate, clustering species from Thailand and Malaysia. I have seen several of these in Hawaii and Thailand, but never identified beyond the genus level. So included here are the few Maxburretia photos I have taken. Someday I may figure out what species they are. All are very rare in cultivation due to rarity of seed availability, erratic germination and very slow growth. These are probably tropical in their needs, but not sure if that is actually so.
