Re: Brahea dulcis
Central American palm (many locations) grown primarily for its 'perfect' fan leaves and ease of growth/hardiness (down to about 8b USDA zone). This is a mostly solitary species, but offsetting/suckering palms are found in both cultivation and the wild (one of three suckering Brahea species). Leaves are dull green, light green or even a bit of a blue-green sometimes. Moderately slow grower. Tops out normally around 20', but I have not seen one that tall in cultivation.
