That isn't a Stapelia? That leopard-spot patterned flower reminds me of Stapelia mutabilis, but I could be wrong.

Edit...actually, you could be right. I see something called Huernia zebrina in my Succulents, The Illustrated Dictionary book that does look similar...

Don't think it's zebrina though. Might be hystrix or a hybrid with hystrix.
