Guy i bought these from said they were either Hoodia triebneri or ruschii. Anyone have experience with the differences between those two? I went online and they seemed verrry similar to me.
Just to throw another wrench in the name game, i stumbled upon Trichocaulon piliferum recently and almost pulled tags, but my feeling was that the ribs on Trichocaulon are thinner and more numerous. Any thoughts?

The Gallery is intended primarily as an information repository. As this is an ID query, I have moved it to the Apocynaceae Talk section. I also rotated the photos.
Agave
"American aloe plant," 1797, from Greek Agaue, proper name in mythology (mother of Pentheus), from agauos "noble," perhaps from agasthai "wonder at".
