Euphorbia trigona

less common form of this narrow, tall, candelabra-upright plant. Leafy in winter but leafless in summer. More commonly grown form is the rubra form due to the nice coloration.

Believe it or not, spotted one of these in a nursery in Langeksov, Denmark back in December:
