Does anyone know if the euphorbia astrophora is the same plant as euphorbia decepta?

many of these blunted medusoids look alike to me, but I am not enough of an expert by far to know if any of these are really that truly different. However, Kew gardens (theplantlist.org) considers both names valid, so they consider them two separate species. Not sure I trust that site for expert definitely answers on most succulent species, though I certainly would when it comes to palms. Never seen the two side by side, but have seen enough medusoids side by side to know i am not the one that could advise on such a thing.
