Just few days back, one of my agave (unknown id to me) becoming red and red and finally booming. I want to get little details about this awesome flowerer. thanks

That's not an agave. It's a bromeliad, probably Bromelia balansae or Bromelia serra. One of its common names is the Cat Killer, because they grow in huge thickets and the spines point in both directions, so an animal that gets caught is trapped.
