Philodendron bipinnatifidum.

Largest in town. Must be in the 50 year old range. They get by on average watering or even less in part shade. Its said to be found in wet -dry forests in Mexico and Central America..down to Brazil. I read in Pac Hort Magazine its co growers are Cereus and in the shady ravines it climbs huge Elephant ear tree's. The ones with big pea pods.
One other fact about this plant- the flowers? They heat up. Warm to the touch. That was in the article of 20 years ago so sorry,I cant remember the term or how hot they get. Interesting though.
