That's the double whammy of this climate change we are witnessing. More extremes in both directions. On average - hotter summers, and colder winters.

And drier winters. If not dry then..lots of rain and not so much snow. But last year was lots of rain and snow. Warmer is the consistent aspect. Its is no matter what.
