It was just a small plant in 2006. I thought for sure it was stunted forever as it had been kept in a clay pot for who knows how long. Its best growth has been by the year- especially the last two. I have pruned it twice..the long whippy branches were going to where I did not want them too- to the street. Do not be afraid to prune these plants.

Looking good Stan! My only pot-grown plant rotted over the winter, and I did not notice. Only last week when I realized that it was not growing any new leaves that I inspected it, and found out. I am now starting to root the main stem. It should be OK. Jkw
