Aloe buhrii is a wonderful landscape plant from South Africa with toothless, soft, rubbery, mildly spotted leaves and winter flowers of orange, yellow or red. It is a full sun plant though very prone to frying to death if suddenly put in full sun from a shady location (problem common with very soft-leaved aloes). Leaf colors also vary a lot depending on temperature, sun, and water availability. Temperature hardiness down to about 25F based only on those in my yard now showing damage when temps got that low, but were planted among other plants, so had a bit of protection.
