C europhyllidia leaves on left (a bit out of focus) and even rarer, but sometimes confused with it, Ceratozamia hondurensis leaves on right (same size but thicker and less ovoid).

fairly rare and moderately fastitidious species, quite endangered, from Veracruz and Oaxaca regions of Mexico. It is a tropical species requiring constant heat and humidity. Leaves are large and arching from a mostly subterranean stem. Leaflets are uniquely ovoid with some asymmetry and a nice lime green coloration. I have never grown this plant but seen several in collections in California.
