One more of in town Silver tree.

This one is smaller then the other silver Leucodendron argenteum,but much better grown.

I drove by the other day- and that Livistona is now well above that hedge- must have hit a growth spurt. Its also a nice glossy green with mild temps and rains. Tends to yellow in summer.
