Oscularia deltoides. In bloom.
Cuttings stuck in a pot in Jan or Feb. Rooted and now in bloom.

Can it be grown outdoors in the UK? I was asked that on another board.

I tried years back but it didn't make it through the first winter. Shame as it is more interesting in leaf than a lot of those mesembs. Might try again if I see it as I have better places to grow it now

Very nice barrels. You should post more photos of your yard and the plants. Inspirational to nor calians at least. I mean,you have Golden Barrels in San Francisco weather.

Here is my O deltoids a few weeks ago... and below that, my O caulescens 3 months earlier. One easy way to tell species apart is time of blooming... though leaves are pretty distinctive, too.
