Just got this from a neighbor... I think it's an echeveria... Not for sure though.

Looks a bit like Echeveria subsessilis (now subsumed under E.peacockii), but equally could be a huge number of Echeveria, Graptoveria or Pachyveria hybrids.

Grow it out for a while, flower it and we might be able to narrow it down a bit more.

Did some research and it's a graptopetalum paraguayense.
