Wanted: Sun King or Redcat Weasel
Want to buy/trade for either an Agave Victoriae Reginae reverse variegated 'Sun King', or an Agvae Redcat Weasal starter plant Thanks!

I don't have either yet, but what do you mean by a reverse sun king? Are you talking about an edge variegate? Or do you mean just a regular sun king since it is the reverse of the typical edge variegate?

Hello PDB-
Not sure how desperate you are for a ‘red cat weasel’, but there is a very tiny one being offered on Ebay. Unfortunately seller is from Italy and you will need to purchase a phytosanitary certificate ($30?) in addition to sale of plant to ensure it passes the customs agent as it arrives in the US.

Good Luck in your search.

That’s a little too expensive for a tiny RCW that I would still have to purchase phyto for. Thank you for the heads up though!OWgave wrote: ↑Sun Nov 27, 2022 5:53 am Hello PDB-

Re: Wanted: Sun King or Redcat Weasel
I bought my "Red Catweazle" from GroovyPlantsRanch a couple of years ago. They don't have any agaves listed at the moment, but you could try emailing them.
Edit: I think I accidentally discovered why it's named so weird. There was a punk rock album called "Seeing Red" by the band "Catweazle" in 1977...apparently the person who named it was a Dutch punk rock fan! https://www.discogs.com/release/1036177 ... -Catweazle
