Thanks to its white coloration so unusual on a big tree sized succulent I think it's planted nearly as commonly as Euphorbia ingens.
Cuttings stuck in the ground take their time growing roots I found. A faster start with rooting in potting mixes in a pot might work better- then plant in ground. A trivia fact? I have some tree Euphorbia cuttings I tossed a side 3 years ago now...and they are still green in the shade. Like I did that last week.
