After searching for more info I saw some like the Galapagos that grow into trees but look nothing like this. If you had to guess, which species is this?

I just saw this photo, with the caption that it is a trimmed prickly pear growing in Texas.
After searching for more info I saw some like the Galapagos that grow into trees but look nothing like this. If you had to guess, which species is this?
