Is this a tiny cleistocactus strausii?

It has been growing in my courtyard since last spring and it took 4 months of daily rain. It’s very small but even flowered last year as you can see. Is it strausii?

The flower bud certainly doesn't look like a strausii flower - not even a Cleistocactus flower. Do you have a picture of the flower at anthesis?
