Hi all,
I got this aloe mitriformis last month. Watered only once since then, around 2 weeks ago. The soil is pretty gritty, around 80% inorganic (pumice + lava rock).
This week this leaf started to turn brown.
I am worried about this plant because it is my first variegated plant and it has already a brown leaf when I got it. The plant was getting 1-2 hours of morning sun and 4 more hours of bright shade, I am still acclimating it very slowly.
What could be the cause of this? I was thinking underwatering because the last 2 weeks has been very very hot, but the plant does not shown any clear sign of thirst. Could it be lack of sunlight?
