Re: Agave sisalana mediopicta
It is supposedly quite tender, but we were very cold this past winter, hard freeze four nights running with a low of 18°F recorded, and our plant did take some damage, but it was laughably minor. The outer half of one leaf died. We did have it loosely covered, so I'm sure that helped.

For some reason, certain agaves are prone to mealy bug in my yard.. This is one of them (the non-variegated form is equally susceptible)... also attack pale blue species... but almost no other species bothered

Re: Agave sisalana mediopicta
I just removed an offset from my mediopicta aurea and now realize the offset is just a regular mediopicta. Hmmmm, puzzled I am....
