This plant will eventually form a huge underground root. It's a young planting and hasn't formed anything substantial yet. Soon to be moved into a 10 gallon clay pot.

These are the very words I choose to describe my life.

A good day has no rain, and a bad day is when I lie in bed and thinking how things might have been.

In Fremont it could be grown in ground. In Pleasanton? Very iffy or might be a die back each winter and return in those sometimes hot summers there. Nice foliage on it.
Hayward Ca. 75-80f summers,60f winters.

Extremely hardy and herbaceous in colder climates. It's going in a pot so I can expose and show off the root.
