Hello!
I have had this Euphorbia since 2015-16.
The reason why he's not 'very' tall is, that him and I have been through some rough times with sunburn, fear of stem-rot/ some kind of bacterial infection and propagation to provoke branching - which costed him approximately 50 cm. (≈ 19,5 inches).
In real life he looks dark olive green and the spikes starts out in a light green, then reddish colour but with time fade to the browner side.
I'm VERY conflicted about what kind of euphorbia he is, however my thoughts are following: E. Ingens, Ammak, Abyssinica or similar.
I’m new here, so please bear with me.
I don't know if I'm attaching the pictures right, sorry.
Thank you so very much in advance!

Welcome to the forum! I can't ID your plant for sure, but I think your guesses are on the right track.
I love the guitar though - the setting sun (then rising moon?) inlays are very cool...

I would go with E. ingens. A hunch since its doing so well and both branching and in leaf...its the most vigorous grower of the three outdoors that's for sure, so indoors should follow.
