Wanted: Variegated Agave Bracteosa Medipicta and others

Hello community, Happy New Year!

I am looking to trade / buy variegated agave bracteosa mediopicta and other unusual / variegated titanotas/agaves.

Available for trade: Ovatifolia Orca, Parryi Limestreak, Horrida Aurea Mediopicta offset, Queen Vic Sunking, and a few titanotas etc.

There is no such thing as "agave baretosa", so you may have a long wait.

"American aloe plant," 1797, from Greek Agaue, proper name in mythology (mother of Pentheus), from agauos "noble," perhaps from agasthai "wonder at".

I am going to have to stop saying I dislike variegated agaves because I keep seeing more and more that I like. I still usually prefer no variegated, but there are a lot of decent ones the more I see them. I bet those in the photo cost a fortune, though.

In the hundreds, I believe. These seem like a bad deal though since they bloom relatively quickly and are already large.

Agave is a plant that I think should only be increased in price up to a certain size and then reaches a point of diminishing return. Surprisingly a lot of nursery customers don't realize they're monocarpic or how quickly some of them mature.

The name Century Plant tends to give a certain impression, even when it’s almost always wrong.
