What does "havardi" mean in reference to Big Bend?
I've seen a few species that are from that area with some form of havardi in their scientific name, but I can't seem to find an answer on where this comes from. I figured there might be a few people here with enough experience with the region to know where it came from.

There’s a few names that always pop up with plants like George Engelmann, Charles Parry and John Torrey. Feels like everything is names Engelmannii.
