Managed to track down a couple more of the lizard like ceropegia . Ceropegia adrianae or bosseri . A dark green thick set plant, this one is about 3 inches high but should get to a few feet.
The Adrianae, simoneae. and armandii are similar varying in colour, texture and more importantly flower. I will add flowers shots when and where possible.
cheers
