Aloe manandonae

I haven't been able to find a lot of information on this species. It's native to Madagascar, found around the area of Itremo pass near Manandona river. An attractive species with light green striated leaves. Not sure of sun/temps tolerance yet, as my own plants are only 1.5 years old and I haven't exposed them to the elements yet.

My guy is coming along. Spent the whole summer outside and has taken on some better color (lighter green when it gets more Sun). I kept it in partial Sun this summer, in a spot where it got maybe 4-5 hours of sunlight a day. Really love the way this Aloe looks, such a ''clean'' and simple appearance.

I purchased a few in 4in containers from the IAS about 6 months ago and have been growing them at my nursery since. Doesn't seem too picky. temps at the nursery have ranged from 40f - 100+f. they are not on any kind of a regular watering routine - just when I remember every so often.
