Yes it is a Montana cv. A friend from the Netherlands picked it up for me there and sent it. A slow but steady grower for me. I’ll be glad to see it get some good size.

"American aloe plant," 1797, from Greek Agaue, proper name in mythology (mother of Pentheus), from agauos "noble," perhaps from agasthai "wonder at".
