Can anyone help me identify what is wrong and how I can fix this yucca? Almost a year old, planted in ground just north of San Diego, no irrigation (occasional hand water when hot), full sun. Center looks like it has sap of some sort.

Unfortunately I don't know what the problem is, but wanted to give you a heads up that the website mod will delete those sideways photos and then you won't get help.
If you're on a computer, open them in paint or some photo editing software and then "save as" and then rename them and re-upload. If on a phone, not sure.
