Agave parryi ID

I’ve been seeing this Agave numerous places in the San Diego area. They look like clones which makes sense since it pups well. It looks quite a bit like the pictures of ‘JC Raulston’. Odd plant to see in frostless California. Any other guesses? I initially thought truncata but it’s certainly not the Huntington Clone.

I keep thinking it will have bloomed every year I visit.
