Please help me with my E. abyssinica
This actual “branch” snapped off from an about 20 ft+ high plant. I was young and naive and maybe I did something wrong idk. The branch was there for about 2 days but for some reason I cut a bit from the bottom and because of some totally foolish advice I soaked it in water. I cannot remember what I did. It was in last September. A long time has passed and nothing happened. The branch was in a pot filled with soil mix but not any rooting (in pot for about 8 months). What should I do? Should I cut some inches from the bottom again and leave it to dry for around 3-4 days so the callus can form and after that put back to pot with disinfected soil? Or should I leave it in the pot and be patient? I am kinda sure I soaked it in water when I did the first cut and didn’t wait until the callus formed.

Looks healthy, probably waits when you plant it in a soil and give it a water.
