Another new book - The Dry Exotic Garden

It has now appeared in England, the first and only sensible UK-centric guide to growing cacti and succulents in the landscape. To be published elsewhere but squarely aimed at the strange growing conditions of our small archipelago.

I'm not selling it directly myself but there are various online sources rrp £30. Amazon are doing strange underhand things so I'd avoid them.

I was thinking of Wayne who uses iron accessories in his xeric garden and Ed C from East Sussex, not Nothinghamshire, but now I realized I am familiar with Ed's garden from FB, not here. Sorry for the confusion.

Outside of the UK the publishing date is March, I think. But within the UK the books are published and available, it is just Amazon that is messing around for reasons best known to themselves. I think they are trying to manipulate the price in some way but Google throws up plenty of alternative suppliers. Plus I dropped some books to Debs Edne, @botanicallybonkers on Instagram, who runs the nursery at Lullingstone - she is going to be doing sales from there, either collect or mail order I think.

I could order it from Amazon.co.uk and have it in a week. In fact I might do just that. I have ordered books from UK Amazon several times prior.

As I recall it took quite some time for Chasing Centuries to make it across the pond.
